SCI投稿过程中，最怕的是遇到比较墨迹的杂志社，让人等上半年不说，而且把人最后给拒绝了，这种最伤士气！那如果期刊审稿过程太久，如何催稿呢？

 

那么催稿信一般分为以下两种场景，也就是编辑处理（With Editor）时间太长，审稿时间（Under Review）太长。另外一种就是向期刊提出撤稿（Withdraw）申请。

 

编辑处理（With Editor）时间太长

 

Dear Mr.(Ms.) 编辑姓名或直呼Editor :

 

I have submitted the manuscript titled 稿件名称 [manuscript id: 稿件编号] to your journal via the online submission system on mm dd, yyyy [如 Aug 19, 2020]. However, the status of the manuscript has remained unchanged ever since.

 

I would be grateful if you could let me know whether there has been any further progress on my submission.

审稿时间（Under Review）太长

 

Dear Mr.(Ms.) 编辑姓名或直呼Editor :

 

This is with regard to my submitted manuscript titled 稿件名称 [manuscript id: 稿件编号] , submitted to your journal on mm dd, yyyy [如 Aug 19, 2020] for consideration for publication.

 

We have not received an update regarding the status of our manuscript in the review process. [这里自己可以加几句：自己的研究具有时效性，如果不能及时发表，会受到影响，或者加点别的自己想加的.] Could you let us know when we can expect notice regarding the decision of the editorial board?

 

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you.

撤稿（Withdraw）

 

不到万不得已，其实一般人是不会去撤稿的，但实在是逼得没办法了，时间非常紧促，那也得撤稿，老子不投了。

 

Dear Mr.(Ms.) 编辑姓名或直呼Editor :

 

I would like to withdraw my manuscript titled 稿件名称 [manuscript id: 稿件编号]  from further consideration by your journal. Please confirm that the withdrawal process is complete. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

信件回复

 

写完相应的内容后，一般由两种途径将信件发送过去。一种是在在线投稿系统，直接点击Send E-mail，将内容复制粘贴，发送即可。另一种就是找到编辑的邮箱，直接发邮箱即可。
